Coach Capp Anson has been coaching baseball for 10 years, including 6 at the high school level and 4 with the Pacesetters. He also umpired youth, high school, and collegiate baseball for 6 years before joining the organization. His playing, coaching, and umpiring experiences give him great knowledge of the game from many different perspectives.

The coaching staff strongly believes in Coach Olson's philosophy that "Champions are made when nobody is looking." Their long hours spent working on fundamentals with players in the off-season have resulted in numerous tournament championships, including a State Championship in 2010.
