After coaching in the Pacesetters organization from 2005 to 2010, Coach Grose continues as the Assistant Director of Player Development as well as handling head coaching duties for the 2013 12U team. Coach Grose continues to work closely with Coach Olson in shaping the overall direction of the organization and instructional program. He will also serve as the lead for catching instruction; skills he perfected behind the plate while serving as Team Captain at Nebraska in 2003 and 2004.

During Coach Grose's tenure with the Pacesetters, he's enjoyed a multitude of success including:
